Starting to Get Worried and Need Advice Pronto!?

1: get off the steroid inhaler! God, steroids are so BAD for you! My kids had asthma bad when young, they wanted to give them steroid inhaler and I said NO--kept them on Ventolin. I got hurt at work with a rotator cuff injury. Dr. wanted to give me steroid injections, I said NO! He told me he would give me Kenaloge--it wasn't a steroid like hydrocortisone. I wanted to get better and go back to full duty to keep my badly needed job. I got four injections in 3 months. They are supposed to be 3 months apart. I now have glaucoma, and I know the Kenaloge, which is just another name for hydrocortisone, is what caused it. Now I will go blind.
