Is there an attorney that will sue Douglas County, Ga/ Boundary Waters for slander/def of character Pro Bono?

I'd be surprised, pro bono. Torts usually need a hefty retainer to get a lawyer interested in your case. Slander and/or defamation usually needs proof the defendant intentionally wanted to harm.
