Do you think this is stalking and why?

Recently I broke it off with this guy! I told him it was over! He then filed a complaint against me! Now I had a wounderful job making good money and minding my own! I was working in ct! He would get all mad like a two year old and stomp his feet! He lived on a public road! Which I would go by on route 32! It was easier than going back to palmer and taking another twenty minutes to get to work! It's just a road so why was it a big freaking deal! Was his ego that big!
