Opinions on saddle brands?

I am thinking about getting a new saddle. I am deciding between a PJ or a Prestige. I am looking for a jump saddle. Give me your opinion on them and tell me other good brands you like. I would also like to know whether you like buffalo or calfskin better. Thanks
