for the veigns in your forearm take a nice heavy dumbell and flex your wrist with the part tof your arm that faces back when you hang them facing up and flex your wrist towards your body working the under forearms and then do it the other way for the other side. For triceps take a machine with a a double rope hanging of and gran the ropes with each hand hold them together and push down and out and bring them back up and together then down and out, its called tricep extension ask a trainer about it at ur gym
