Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Mansion on R 212?

I have looked over previously asked questions, and I still a clear answer. What is behind the rooms that the maids block in Mr.Backlot's PKMN Mansion? How do you get in them (exactly)? And how do you get the cop away from the statue in Mr. Backlot's office? I realize that this information is more or less useless to the the outcoe of the game, but I'm curious, and as they say: "Curiousity killed the cat; Temptation killed the dog; and Playing with Knives killed the fish."
