Is an alliance of Russia, China, Venezuela, Iran, Cuba too strong for the US to defeat?

Iranians are on Americas side. Russia is our first enemy. Mullahs can do nothing without Iranians support. Mullahs have a lot of problem with their own citizens, how can they stand against the USA?!
