Question on soufriere hills 1995 eruption?

well im in the middle of completing a homework project about Montserrat's soufriere hills 1995 volcanic eruption and one of the things i have been asked to include is 'detailed information on the effects of the eruption on the people including statistics e.g. number of people killed', ' detailed information on the effects on the buildings, roads, bridges ect., detailed information on the short term response to the eruption- (what people (government, emergency services, army, local people etc.) did up to one month after the eruption) and detailed information on the long term response to the eruption- (what did people (government, emergency services, army, local people etc.) did in the months following the volcano). Obviously you don't have to answer all of the questions but please help me as much as you can as i cant seem to find much information on the internet. thank you (:
