you need to switch your first two around . have your rice for breaky . Its carbs youl need it to get through the day and your having it early so you should feel full for a while . have your peach for recess . cut out the chesse in your sandwitch add some salt and pepper instead . cut out the wholemeal bread as thats just carbs before dinner and will make you fatter . plus eat dinner early . Humans dont actually need dinner .
