I need some serious help!?

Can someone please give me accurate instructions on how to send a youtube link to Yahoo messenger so I can show it to my friend. I am some what computer illiterate and this is frustrating me. In yahoo it has a zync function but I am not sure how to use it. I have tried to get help on google, but they don't give step by step instructions so can someone please help and give me step by step details on how to do this? Thanks!
