Hi Does anybody know the name of movie where a banch of kids made a kids racing car to race?

This is a movie I watch partly watched on HBO channel about 10-11 years ago in Bangladesh. This is the movie about some poor/ middlecl kids made a car out of washing machine motors to compete against some rich kids. I couldn't remember the name. If anyone know any movie name similar to the story I'll be greatfull. thank you
