Is this vegetarian? I have an ingredients list - please help me, so I don't end up eating any animals!?

It depends how strict of a vegetarian you are. It doesn't appear to have any meat in it, but some of the ingredients (like "flavouring") may have some animal-derived product such as gelatin. It's not really clear. 99% certain it is vegetarian, but there's no way to be sure.
